Whether you want more energy, to reduce your weight, suffer less inflammation, enjoy easier movement, or simply to feel better day to day, we start exactly where you are and build from there – with clarity, strategy, and support.
Together, we create a realistic plan that supports your goals, helps you navigate obstacles, and keeps you accountable in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.
I don’t follow a single diet philosophy. Instead, I work with your preferences — low‑carb, plant‑based, omnivorous, culturally or spiritually guided — and help you build a way of eating and living that feels natural and sustainable.
