Book a single session (R765 per appointment)
A one-on-one nutrition and health coaching session designed to provide personalised, actionable advice tailored to your needs. Whether you need help with meal planning, optimising your nutrition, or refining your wellness goals, this session offers clarity, strategy, and support – all in one impactful meeting.
Root: R1440 across 2 sessions (R720 per appointment)
We do a thorough intake and assessment, looking at not only your current needs but your medical history, your lifestyle and habits, and your current emotional landscape. You will then go away with homework so that we get a much better view of how you eat, move, sleep, and manage your day-to-day stress, and then return to look at all of that and co-create a way forward, including setting up valuable tools that you can use today.
Align: R2700 across 4 sessions (R675 per appointment)
Just like Root, we do a thorough intake and assessment, and look at any homework you may have received. Now we start to move into Health and Life Coaching itself, where we also look at the goals you have for yourself, and we define those goals and co-create a plan towards reaching them. Combining nutritional support, health and life coaching, this is a practical and thorough plan for your overall health journey, where we address more than just how you eat and move but your emotional and lifestyle landscape too, and how all the aspects of your life come together for your progress and growth.
You are able to pay once-off or in 2 instalments of R1350.
Balance: Monthly Coaching and Support (R900 per month)
Your journey to wellness and health doesn’t have to be a solo one. With this monthly Nutrition and Health Coaching package, I’ll walk alongside you, co-creating a plan and a way forward, helping you stay on track, adjusting your plan as your needs evolve, and keeping you accountable every step of the way.
Each month includes:
- 1 in-person session for deep dives and personalised strategy;
- 2 online check-ins to fine-tune progress and offer support; and
- Ongoing accountability to keep your goals within reach.
