Keeping this Diary is not a chore and need be nothing more than a quick couple of scribbles in a notebook or taps of your cellphone keys. You can record it over the period of the day or once in the evening.

Should you wish to have a template to print and work from, you can download a print version of this guide here, which contains all you need to know, along with a printable template to complete everyday. You can simply take a picture of your Diary pages with your phone and send them to me.

When we think “diet” we often think structure, and rules. We think about what is “good” or “bad”, and about what we can have and what we cannot. Mindful Eating is none of these things. Instead, it encourages us to enjoy food more fully, to make choices that feel good for our bodies. It is about balance. It is about listening to our bodies.
